Brief Job Duties:
This position assists in duties such as installing erosion control devices, hydro-seeding matting, landscaping, etc. Previous farm, agriculture, and/or landscape experience preferred but not required. We need individuals that are hardworking, who have a positive attitude and are flexible.
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in outside weather conditions. The employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts and is frequently exposed to cold and/or hot, wet and/or humid conditions and vibration. The employee occasionally works in high, precarious places and is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals and risks of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

Requirements:
- Possess a valid drivers’ license (CDL is a plus).
- Ability to drive from job to job daily
- Be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen & physical
- Prior experience running heavy equipment
- Able to operate one or more of the following safely: Tractor, Skid Loader, etc

Brief Job Duties:
We are looking for experienced Heavy Equipment Operators with farm, agriculture, heavy machinery and/or landscape background with at least 1 year of experience running agricultural tractor and/or skid loader equipment for erosion control, seeding, planting, grading and excavation.
Successful candidates should possess a CDL Class A license or be willing to obtain within first 90 days of employment. SWPPP Inspector

- Conduct stormwater pollution prevention inspections of each construction site weekly (multiple construction sites per day)
- Follow procedural and protocol systems in place to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality of reports generated in the field
- Communicate with PM’s on deficiencies found in the field and turn in work orders for future work
- Performs all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standards
- Able to work in all weather conditions

Brief Job Duties:
SWPPP Inspectors perform thorough field inspections to ensure compliance in accordance with the NPDES General Permit and issue reports from the information gathered on job sites. Field inspections entail checking multiple different construction sites daily for issues with erosion control, sediment control, stormwater runoff, and any other environmental pollution generated from construction activities.
Work Environment:
The work is performed both inside and outside which includes seasonal exposure to cold and heat. The worker is also exposed to darkness or poor lighting, dirt, dust, fumes/odors, moving machinery, noise, vibration, visual strain, wetness humidity, working on uneven ground, mechanical hazards, chemical hazards, electrical hazards, fire hazards, traffic hazards, and bodily injury. Also, the work may expose the employee to unpleasant social situations, and require the employee to work irregular hours.
